with disabilities. The University of Central Florida is seeking highly qualified
individuals who want to become leaders in the field of Special Education.
UCF’s Project LEAD program is a specialized doctoral program funded by the US Office
of Special Education Programs leading to a Ph.D. in Education-Exceptional Education.
The project is committed to the recruitment, retention and preparation of special
education teacher educator/scholars who are members of traditionally underrepresented
groups, including minorities and persons with disabilities.
Project LEAD offers significant BENEFITS:
- Annual stipends of up to $20,000, plus

Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis. Please note that early decision
