Members of the Teacher Education Division of The Council for Exceptional Children receive two separate publications throughout the course of the academic year.

The first is Teacher Education and Special Education which is sent to all members of the Teacher Education Division of The Council for Exceptional Children. The journal is abstracted and indexed in Exceptional Child Education Resources and indexed in Current Index to Journals in Education. The journal is available in microform through University Microfilms International.
